“It has been a privilege working with Brandt over the past two plus years. Crown Services, Inc. enlisted his expertise in two specific areas. Crown Services being a start up consolidation entity needed funding and acquisitions of new companies. Both Brandt and Bill were instrumental and successful in these two areas. In regards to the funding, they handled the entire process from contacting potential investors, and handling many legal issues through the final funding. They worked closely with our CEO and CFO on many of our mergers and acquisitions, as well. They performed the due diligence looking into all aspects of the business and made recommendations to the board regarding which acquisitions to pursue and which ones to avoid.
